Can't see my party in dungeon/skirmish/pvp runs

Good day,
So this issue started today after the reset, I was able to run dungeons/skirmishes and pvp's normally since lvl 1. I can see the members, benefit from their spells but they're not listed on the upper left part of the screen where you normally see your party. So I ended up getting no AD for the run. I tried to restart the game, my pc but still the same. I also tried to isolate the issue by using my old char and 2 lvl 19 chars each from different account and they all good. Seems like this issue only affects the character i'm playing. Need help asap. Thanks
