Instead of add or give old elite mobs new cool powers to wreck parties they just resort to really lazy stuff to slap in.

I mean seriously. You guys had a decent start with the mod 4 elites. But you resorted back to the old HAMSTER.

create more interesting enemies to fight with their own mechanics.

If Orcus is the best attempt you had then the game is doomed. Slapping huge damage numbers on lazy mechanics is not the way forward.
