Whats up with the server lag?!

My wife and I have been playing for about two weeks now. So far there has not been a single night we've played that we dont get "Server not responding" messages that last anywhere from three seconds to upwards of a full minute. At times its so bad as to make the game unplayable. And I know its not my Internet, I,ve tested it, and when neverwinter is unplayable I go play other online games.....with no problems.

Ours has been bad, but I thought it was only our internet.. we stopped playing because of it.. and other annoyances (greens always getting rolled on in groups, too much inventory management)..
