Are we able to deflect while blocking?

As the title says, looking for any input on this.

    Should it not be easy to test? Fey Thistle up, make sure u dont have GA, go some map and turtle. If fey works, u r deflecting.

    That said, im almost 100% sure we can. Since before i started using GA instead SD i remember having thistle procing when turtling.

    I'm on the box, and tried this just using our basic combat log. I didn't see any deflections in the log while blocking, or not.

    I'm not sure if it's a flaw in our log that doesn't show defections or what.

    It's rather annoying trying to figure some of these things out with limited tools to do so.

    It would be great if one of you fine ladies or gentlemen would test this with ACT for me.

    Took your advice and was able to see clearly that we do indeed deflect while blocking.

    Smart. Didn't think of that. Yes, we are indeed deflecting while blocking.
