Binding arrow/Oak shin Hunter ranger's encounters bugs

1) binding arrow when used from long distances doesn't activate "thorned roots", hunter ranger trapper feat
2) Oak skin: when used it should heal some healing points back. It indeed does but:
- the amount healed is half of the one on the tooltip even in pve content without healing depression. [screenshot as proof: http://i.imgur.com/CyvF4nz.png]
- the amount healed is based on old healing points levels pre module 6. It should be updated to post mod 6 amount of healing points. I personally have 4 times more HP than in module 4.
PS. It would be a great QoL change if it was possible to cast aok skin while moving
