Spellplague Caverns

Where do you enter the spellplague caverns? I'm level 65 and don't see any path for the quest and cant queue. I've checked online and saw a thread from a couple years ago that it's at the top jagged approach but all i've seen is occulus and a dead end.... I've seen people spawn in at the dead end but nothing shows up.

Do you need a group of 5 for it to show, or is there something else I missed?

    You need at least 3 people to start it. It would show or open it with less

    There is no Spellplague Caverns any more. They took a load of the levelling dungeons away a few mods ago but forgot to amend the quests so they're still referenced.

    They're supposed to be coming back soon. 4 are coming back with mod 9.

    As he said this dungeon has been removed, but they've left the occulus there for the achievement. :3
