"Oculus the Inflamed" Achievement

Considering it's mod 8 on Xbox, Is it still possible to even get this achievement anymore? I need 75 points to get the Mystic Nightmare mount from the Arc Rewards, and personally, don't feel like killing 1000 dragons :P; So Is it still possible? If so, how?

Go to the Entrance of the old Dungeon you'll find the boss.

I went and got this today. A long ride all the way back to it, but a very easy kill if you are level 70. To be nice, give a shout out to the zone so people can come and give it a smack before you kill it.

There is a path that goes right just before the old dungeon entrance...you'll find him at the end of the path
