Matchmaking Bug

I've seem to run into an issue with the matchmaking system recently on my Oathbound Paladin, starting initially with PVP matchmaking, and spreading to both skirmish and dungeon matchmaking as well. What happens is I join a queue, and am brought in to the instance, but once in, I am not part of the group and cannot join it, and at the end of the match/dungeon I receive no rewards. This has become a persistent issue on this character, and switching instances, logging out, restarting the game etc doesn't seem to do anything to correct it. At the moment, I'm essentially stuck with my OP, unable to meaningfully participate in any of the aforementioned groups, and of course, unable to acquire any further astral diamonds. So far, it seems to be isolated to my OP, and hopefully it stays that way, so I can still enjoy the game on my other character, but I have to say, this is one immensely frustrating bug.
