Anyone know the exact point that Greater Black Ice Cloak/Belt became available outside the store?

    In the Glorious Resurgence artifacts pack: http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Glorious_Resurgence_Artifact_Provisions

    Which means they will be available on the Trade House.

    I was the same, had the greater cloak, beholder, reg belt and 120,000 Black Ice for a new greater belt, when to my surprise I found one for under 50,000 AD on the AH a few days ago (They are double that now). It's now refined.

    The point is that if the increase in price is due to the event, you may find one for a good price in 7-10 days or so.
