Black ice gloves

Hi!
I have one question. Black ice gloves still drop dropped from epic heroic encounters? Can I drop it from normal encounter?

    They drop from epic heroic encounters only. But before farming yourself silly trying to get them, check out preview. They are going to be available for sale along with the rest of the set in Caer Konig in mod 9.
