    thx! I cant find any information about this, is there a page or its from user who has tried claiming ?

    Correct. It has been fixed for me. I was at 2000 now at 9000+. So it seems right.

    Take a step back here for a second. Are you installing this arc download on xbox one? If so how? I didnt see it in the apps section of the xbox store.

    yes its on xbox one or you can access it at the starting menu.

    To clarify this discussion thread, if you have the proper amount of achievements completed while having an account with the app... You are rewarded in-game with a nightmare mount? Is this correct?

    You have to spend the points to claim the mount, but it is the top tier reward.

    I have noticed that my points do not add up until I exit the app (click the menu button while on the app, then go down to quit). This might help some people.
