Drowned Shore Heroic Encounter issues

For the last few weeks, the Heroic Encounter "Merchants in Distress" will not give an award or a completion notice. Also, the Cult Ambush has disappeared. Now, for the past few days the only HE that appears at the Drowned Shore is the Merchants.

I noticed the same today while trying to collect motes. I was using the wand, but when doing the merchants HE and the broken crown inn HE, there is no reward and no motes. Only works for surge and crab, I guess

getting motes based on a chance rate what You can increase buying special item. no?

That one has been broken for months, I remember when I was getting to level 70 in November or close to there i stopped doing that one because it was broken. Now it's the only one i ever see in the drowned shore.
