Soulforged buggen instant heal player on resurrect.

So while leveling up my sw and gf i experienced from lv60 - 69 pvp that this soulforged enchant instant healing player on resurrect.
I do not use this enchant myself (im using negation) but many players will lesser soulforged are getting instantly healed.
I haven't played a while with my lv70 characters pvp since i am very busy with leveling up my new characters so hope this bug doesn't exist in lv70 pvp.

Soulforged is supposed to heal a little on resurrect I believe

Sure it isn't just someone using the Lathander set with some healing boons? As a DC using that, if I go down I'm back at almost full health and my various heals take care of the rest.

I tested this out with both my 65 TR and CW and i got the "Bug" with both chars that upon resurrection i got the usual 10%ish HP but bout 1 second later i got a big 45k HP tic. I dont have Lathander set on these chars or any other set that could be responsible. I couldnt test it on a LVL 70 unfortunately as none of mine has a SF but judging from opponents it didnt look like it happened in 70 pvp too.
