Hello all.
My Lvl 70 CW is heavily based in Crit. I am looking to replace my Greater Cloak of Seldarine / Belt of Seldarine / and an add'l artifact with Necklace of Lostmauth / Belt of Golden Puissance / Horn of Lostmauth for the extra "weapon damage" hit that comes with a crit with that artifact config. My main question is what exactly does "weapon damage" mean? If it is simply the orb damage, this doesn't seem worth giving up the AC/Int/Cha bonuses I currently have with my Seldarine artifacts. If, however, it includes spell damage and any chill stacks, feat stacks, etc. that may incur, then I would be tempted.
