Serious Game Play Limiting: AMD R7 360 Graphics Issues

I am encountering several small green streaks across the screen to the character flashing on the neverwinter preview shard with my AMD R7 360 2GB graphics card, graphics and game works fine on regular neverwinter. Settings are maxed on both versions of the neverwinter game.
