Healadin nerf for the Underdark mod?

Just heard from a friend that the Underdark mod is making the healadin irrelevant. True or false? He's just a couple weeks old (at lvl 70). Got my rotations down, can keep my dailies perma, can even manage to keep a party alive through etos without a haste cleric. Most don't want him in a party because this build lives in the shadow of the bubble. I am hoping this is SO untrue due to the amount of coin spent on respec after respec. Any insight folks?
