Guilds / Strongholds

A few suggestions pertaining to Strongholds:

1. Set guild rank permissions for the ability to start dragonflights. With larger guilds trolls starting dragonflights while people are running HE'S for influence is a problem. If not permissions then a log file somewhere so we can track and boot these players.
   
2. Enable some method for the guild bank and coffer logs to be downloaded or exported, possibly to email. This would make it easier to track behavior for in-built rewards or other actions.
