Is the guild spotlight contest still open for submissions? If so, where do i go to submit?

Hello as title suggests I am confused about this event whether if it has already ended or not. If not yet is there a way to still participate? Thank you so much for your answer.

still there, details are the third sticky thread from the top of the general discussion section at the time you posted this it was two above your post however its more like a half dozen above it by this point. It's right between the sticky thread for Updates on Bans/Suspensions (December 22, 2015) and PWE Community Rules & Policies and Forum Guidelines. If you still can't find it I recommend you message @strumslinger. He can show you right where to find it
