Icewind Dale Boon Reputation Quest Bug

Needless Distraction/Safe Keeping Quest has been unable to complete on my Paladin for some reason it does not show on Quest Tracker (Complete Heroic Encounter- Mine 300 Black Ice) and even while doing such things it will not say objective complete nor give me a turn in option this has been happening for 5 days now. I have screenshots but not sure how to post them on here anyone else experiencing this?
Things I've tried: log in Neverwinter on another console
Uninstall/Reinstall
Quit to dashboard/reload

Any ideas im working on last boon this has hurt my reputation gain / days behind was hoping to be done before Underdark now..not so much.
