Devoted cleric constantly going into and out of combat stance when not in combat

unfortunately i cannot provide adequate reproduction steps as i dont know what actually causes the problem
im hoping some other dc's might be able to fill in some more info

occasionally after exiting combat while playing a devoted cleric i will constantly shift into and out of combat stance about .5 sec intervals until i either change zone or dismiss/summon my companion

expected result
after exiting combat do not go into combat stance until you enter combat again

observed result
after exiting combat go into non-combat stance for .5 sec then enter combat stance for .5 sec . [repeat]

This has been happening for a while. I've found that for my DC, changing Light of Divinity to another passive seems to resolve this. I have to actually unslot it during things like Heralds, otherwise I can never get on my mount.
