Pure PVP Build - Looking for Feedback on my planned GF Point Holder

Hello Everyone,

Up until this point, I've only played PVE.... Given that I have no desire to farm the Legendary Rings out of Underdark... I'm looking for something a new project character until new content is released.

As I mentioned in the Discussion Title, I'm to build a point holder... with the basic concept of... go ahead... try and kill me.

This character was my previous Tank until OP's were released. As result he has full boons with the exception of Underdark which can be grinded out pretty quickly.

I'm still unsure if I want to keep him Dragonborn or switch to Halfling for the extra Control Resist + 3% Deflection.

So this is what I've come up with on my own:

Here is gear plan:

Primary Gear - Elemental Burning Executioner (I guess Lionsmane eventually)
Offensive Slots - Radiant (Goal is to hit about 20k Power without Guild Boon)
Defensive Slots - Silver (Goal is to hit about 12K deflection)
Utility - Dark (Movement always good)
Armor Enchant = Soulforged (See Lathander Set)
Weapon Enchant = Feytouched (They do less damage I do more)
Artifact Set = Lathander

I went with a heavy investment in Deflection as from what I've hear from my guild, that most well geared players are going to have very high Arm Pen.. so I figure Defense is a less productive investment.

With Gear, Feats, 28 Dex, & Enchants I expect to get about 55-56% Deflection.

Also, I figure with that large investment I can do passive damage using Fey Thistle - neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Fey_Thistle

Again, looking for feedback from seasoned PVP GF's.
