Dragonborn race reroll not updating stats

I have done the dragonborn race reroll and applied 2 extra points on intelligence and 2 extra points on charisma. However, none of my stats changed after commiting the reroll.
The support team recognized this as a bug and asked me to report it through this channel. My ticket # is 160125-000830.
My character is "crazy donkey@bigodagem".
Please come up with some expected date for this to be solved because I've spent 2.5k Zen for nothing.
