Mysterious mount in the Collections UI

So, horse mount with a red mane and ram horns listed on the Collections UI background art... Where do we obtain this mount? It's been listed since Mod3 apparently. If it's actually in the game I'll be damned, someone please tell me where to find this beauty!
Ok so this is screenshot of the Collections UI, the one I'm after is the background art with the red. Now look at the thumbnails, where is it there? Could it be the red one? It's called the Medium Pharaoh Steed. I googled that, took a screenshot of it too and added it into the image. Nope DEFFO not the same horse. So, where the heck is it?

"beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.
