Will Black Ice Domination ever be fixed?

Hi guys,
I'm growing more and more frustrated that more times than not the Black Ice Domination event in Haftwood is bugged. The control points are just frozen with no way of capturing them. I did some searching on the forums and it looks like it's a known bug. Are there any plans to fix this? It is just ruining the whole Icewind Dale PvP. It's almost worthless now.
