Enchantments Lost In the Inventory

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am creating this bug report according to the reply to my ticket reference 160102-000660, really hope you can help..
I had a Pure Negation Enchantment before the 2x rp at the end of the year, i refined it before the new year day and made it a trans nega.
I had 2 different armor sets, one dragonflight pve set, has a lesser soulforged attached to it and a lionsmane pvp set, trans nega attached.
On the 1st of January, i put the nega off from the lionsmane robe and put it to black ice profession.
During the crafting, i noticed that my trans nega is no longer in my inventory.
I stopped the black ice crafting before it ends, the problem didn't solved.
I was of course sure i didn't sell it, but i was afraid that i deleted it mistakenly.
I opened the ticket and they approved that i neither sold nor discarded it. (Because i didn't delete it, i couldn't get it back, They said i would get it back if i mistakenly discard or sell it to a merchant)
While i was following the ticket to get it back, i started to refine an elven battle from scratch.
I refined a lesser elven battle,
I almost lost my hope about the ticket and on 11.01 i put the pvp robe to black ice again, putting off lesser elven battle.
I checked the inventory and lesser elven was there.
Then I weared my pve set (with a lesser soulforged on it) and was doing a dragonflight with the guild, i noticed that i have no enchant on my robe.
I checked the inventory and saw that lesser souldforged is somehow there, even i never put it off, lesser elven lost again!!!
I now know the exact steps and believe this is a game bug.
I am asking for your assistance, please check any log possible and help to find my enchantments if possible, it is really annoying that i lost my trans nega this way..
So, here are the steps and i am sure that there is a bug here, but not sure if it is about black ice profession;
Sample steps losing elven battle, same for losing trans nega;
1. I have 2 armors, 1 for pve (dragonflight set) and 1 for pvp (lionsmane set).
2. PVE Set has lesser soulforged, PVP set has lesser elven battle.
3. I took the lesser elven off from my lionsmane robe, put the robe to black ice profession. (It is noe an elemental one)
5. The elven battle was in my inventory. (i even refined it while it was in my inventory untill fully refined to upgrade to next level.)
6. Around half an hour later, i saw that my pve armor, dragon assault, doesn't have any enchant on it. I checked the inventory, lesser soulforged was there, but i never unequipped it. So my elven battle lost the same time...
The problem i have no idea why my soulforged was unequipped, i never did it, i guess somehow it was unequipped while i was taking off the other one, and elven battle lost.
I am not sure it is relevant to black ice profession.
If possible, please check these logs and help to get this enchants back..
