Vault of piety Bugged

Been through the ringer trying to get support to acknowledge anything. But the vault of piety is BROKEN. In the months I've been ripped off Celestial coins, and Ardent coin.
1) Log in to a Character - Any character, I have 8 and it is never consistent which will have it happen.
2) I pray and do professions
3) I go to the vault of piety to spend coins when they build up
4) Usually my purchase is 1 Elixir of Fate and a Coffer of celestial Artifact equipment weekly on each of 8 characters
Observed Result:
I will get my coffer everytime but theres a 50/50 chance of my potion showing up
Expected Result:
I should have what i payed for.
AND this was the kicker that set it me off, i tried to purchase an Elixir of corellons blood (1) the other day with Ardent favor, the once a day coins. It charges me 40 coins for 20 potions and then doesn't give me a single potion.. HAMSTER that is 40 days worth of coins. and the support will not acknowledge or offer any recompense, makes me not want to put in another penny to a game that will not fix or repay me my hard earned time and currency.
