All Consuming Curse Issues

Ok fellow locks, I've encountered another possible issue with our class. Imagine that, right... So here's my issue, I was improving my build and decided to start running acc for the extra crit severity added with our optional off hand power. I spent a ton of A.D. buying cubes and ended up unlocking every power available and finally got acc on my last cube. Gotta love RNG, lol... that gave me a total of 107% crit severity. Tested it, loved it... only problem was i only had 3 power points spent on acc. I waited for 4 experience rewards trying to get the 4th point to gain the 50% damage increase from lesser curse. Well i got impatient and wanted to change a few boons around so i used a respec token acquired from the winter festival. I was able to take points from powers i will never use and got acc up to 4 along with a few others we use depending on the situation. Now when i was finished with my respec, i quit the game and reloaded NW. When i checked my stats, my crit severity now shows 102%. I didnt change anything else that would affect my crit severity. So i thought to my self, maybe i need to change my power on my offhand to something else and change it back to fix it... nope, didnt work. So now I'm out another 10k A.D.

My theory is the 4th level of acc may be broken and doesn't allow for the offhand power to work or to show that its working. Anyone else experience this?

I now run the dust to dust offhand power and am pretty happy with that as well but felt i had better dps with acc equipped. I just think someone seriously needs to work on our class. So many things that dont work as intended and an A.D. sink that didnt do much for me in this case.

I'll have to check this out in my next respec, but I've never thought that it showed on stat sheet as it is only active on cursed targets and not a static value.
