do we count with gh as rank 6 as one of the 9 buildings?

    Yes, the Guild Hall counts as 1 for the requirements! :)

    You can upgrade guild hall 13 without building rank 6 buildings.

    They failed the placement of the tooltip. This requirement is for lvl 14 guildhall
