What companions do you use for pvp

Just curious as to what some of the better companions are for pvp, mainly 1v1s. Of course i prefer to not use any, but in the rare case i do what is everyone using and why? currently i run black iyon stone, cockatrice, chicken, mailsmith, and pig.
I currently do allot of dmg and it seems most of the companions that due extremely high dmg in pvp are either bugged or get nerfed fairly quickly so not really interested in those.
also curious as to if anyone knows if i buy extra active companion slots will i also gain there effects or is it just the first 5?

Okay, Active Companion bonuses only apply in Stronghold Siege and IWD Open-world PVP. In Domination and GG you don't get any bonuses from the companions.

In SH Siege, Dom, and GG you wont have an summoned companion - so if you have an augment or Zhent Warlock, etc. you wont be seeing the extra stats from these.

Active Companion Slots- by the time you hit level 70 you have all 5 - you cannot purchase beyond this.
