Soul Sparks for a Newbie

I'm very new to Neverwinter PC and I selected the Warlock. I'm at level 40 and I need to know the basics about soul sparks. I mean very basic. For example, how do I get them? How do I know if I have them? How do I know how many are used and how many are left? Plus anything else that will help explain how to get them, use them, and keep track of them. Please don't use acronyms as I won't understand them. Thanks.
