HR Twisted Weapon offhand class feature not working properly.

The new Twisted Xiphoi is not applying the DoT of Seeker's Vengeance class feature when its is slotted and selected.
Its supposed to apply a DoT if we attack an enemy from behind.
I've tested it during multiple runs of eLoL where I usually attack Lostmauth from behind. It doesnt work on any other mobs as far I've seen
