Mailsmithing Mastery - How do I complete it?

So, I am not sure if someone has brought it up. Searching for "mailsmithing mastery" did not come up with any thread and I need help to complete this task. I am asked to make a Gemmed Elemental Scale Armor, a Soldier's Gemmed Elemental Chainmail and a Soldier's Gemmed Elemental Chausses by the quest giver. However, the task for Elemental Scale Armor, Soldier's Elemental Chainmail and Soldier's Elemental Chausses do not have extra slots for purple tools and do not have a rank 3 (gemmed version). What do I do? What am I missing?

You need level 25 rare tasks: Soldier's Superior Elemental Chainmail has 3 tiers, and the tier 3 result is called Soldier's Gemmed Elemental Chainmail, etc. Same for Chausses, and the armor task is called Superior Elemental Scaled Armor.
