Lag lag

I get lag the whole time lately and what really sucks is that if you try to pick up loot say in a slaughter where all can pick it up, my system always takes a few clicks and running around the item to eventually work and pick it up. With other words, by the time my lag lets me pick it up, somebody else has been quicker.
Then to come here and report you have to read through a whole heap of instructions on that the technstaff do not read this stuff and you must lodge a ticket and it gives you huge instructions.

Something makes me think these guys are doing too well! customer is definitely not king here, customer is sucker

I have to agree, this game is barely playable.
Hard to pick up things from the ground, hard to interact with everything (sometimes you spend 4-5 seconds before you can actually do something), hard to cast spells (and not always they work even if you see the animation twice, but they don't activate). Already opened a ticket, they answered me with useless things and the closed it without any reason, can't even answer them that nothing worked from their suggestion... (bah!)
One year ago was ok.
