    I think its a combination of that and latency. I have very bad latency where I live, @kolatmaster does not. When he tried 3 different ranks he did not have nearly as impressive a result as that.

    Can anyone recommend a program that I can run to UP my latency? LOL that is insane and I want me some!

    Run a torrenting program. That should flood your router pretty darn thoroughly.

    I rarely got more then 3-4x, and the Rank 12s worked better... I really do think it's latency related.

    Note that the devs I believe have confirmed that the tooltips on 11 and 12 are wrong. So even if you do get more stacks having different ranks, those stacks will be less %.

    Fab, do you see this on all the classes you play or only your CW?
