Juggle emoticon- gone?

Hey everyone,

So I aqcuired the limited time juggle emoticon that was available during an event long ago (I guess it was in summer).
Last time I used this emoticon was on Monday the 21st, December. The next day after maintenance, Tuesday the 22nd of December, I noticed that the juggle emoticon was no longer available in my emoticons list.
I waited a few days in hope for it to come back, which did not happen and then contacted the customer care. They told me it would be a bug and directed me to the forum since they are no longer accepting bug reports.
So I would like to request every player that obtained and used that juggle emoticon before December 22nd, 2015, to check if it's still there and report it here.
It doesn't affect gameplay so it's not really an important matter but during an event I worked forward this item and now it's gone.
If it actually affects several players than I guess we should demand it back.

    Protector's Jubilee, I believe. I didn't get it so I can't help, but did want to mention that it would have been character specific. If you checked on the correct character, this is something that needs fixed regardless of the number of players affected. You bought it, they need to fix it.

    The juggle emote is still working on my characters. I just checked it a few minutes ago. The problem may be isolated to your character or account data. If you approach the support staff with the issue being more of a missing item problem as opposed to a program bug, they might be more inclined to follow through and help you get it back.

    Yes I looked on the correct character. They told me though they can't help because they don't have the power to do this, it would require a developer but customer care and developers are in two different buildings.

    Edit: I contacted the customer care via the missing item category. It was the customer care agent that told me it would be a bug and they couldn't bring it back because it would take a developer.
