Can not transfer player package

Character is unable to exit the Winter Festival. I received the error "Can not transfer player package".
The Gate is non-responsive. There is no prompt to Travel and the Travel Map does not appear
Transport via the VIP Moonstone Lounge tab or Transport post is unsuccessful as well.
I Have tried restarting the game in safe mode, verifying files but still can not exit Twilight Tor.
Any ideas?

    added problem:
    Character is unable to interact with any NPC (Mayor, vendors) or use the Mailbox or bank in Twilight Tor
    She is unable to spend the Star of Fortune or use the Simril Gifts
    She can not transfer to another instance
    Defeat me through help menu just takes her to campfire
    Can not connect to the Customer Service GM

    This has happened to me twice, and a friend of mine twice. The first time, it happened to both me and my friend at the same time (we were in a party attempting to enter a lair). I've heard about it happening to others, too.

    Usually, logging out of the character and waiting at least 15 minutes seems to fix the issue.

    If you can get yourself into a different instance of the zone (by logging out and back in, for example), that will also fix the issue.

    The problem persisted for over 24 hours although it felt like an eternity.
    All i could think of was that when the Festival was over, my character would disappear into the Twilight Zone ;)
    The good news is that the issue is resolved, whether by the luck of Tymora or Customer Service stepping in, either way, I am so relieved.
