Steam Probation

Guys,

I bought Zen through steam a week ago as I had gotten some steam money for Christmas. My account is still on Probation while they review the recent purchases on my account.

Has this happened to anyone else? What is this? How long does it last?

To the Dev Team.

I don't know if you guys actually read this forum or if it is just the moderators, but after purchasing $200 dollars worth of ZEN from Steam my account has been place on probation due to recent purchases. In reading on the forums I have learned that this is because of the security update that took effect back in June or July of 2014 that was designed to prevent malicious sellers from being able to operate.

I don't know why you are punishing people that purchase threw Steam, but as I have already confirmed that Steam has cleared the payment it is obvious that you are.

I don't like using steam to launch the game as it causes several issues for my system that I don't have when I play with the ARC launcher, but I got a bunch of gift cards for Christmas and wanted to use them on this game.

I understand that the constant battle with farmers and bots is unrelenting, and I greatly appreciate everything that you do to protect the legitimate players.

Please make an exception for Steam from this old security update, as I have another $100 dollars in my steam account that I would like to spend on your game.
