    There have been a few others complaining of the same issues. I don't really know what to suggest other than have you file a customer support ticket. I'm not sure what's causing it for certain people. Seems odd to me.

    i also didnt get them, i opened the zen store to free stuff tab all the stuff was there but my inv was full.After making some room the items vanished?

    The ruby was delayed and some people had to pick it up under the Enchatments tab, not the Free tab. Wolf showed up for first char under Free but under Mounts for the rest
    Hoping for improvements...
