No blood ruby

it is mentioned 2 am pst time. so my local time will be 1:00 pm. i got all free item till exp booster, after that for past 2 days i dont get anything. no ruby or today no preservation ward . Does anyone else had this problem.
and whenever my bag is full, all HAMSTER item show up but not claimable. please solve this issue soon

    It did not show up under free otems for me, but it was under refinement items for 0 Zen.
    Hoping for improvements...
