Thank you for contacting us.
Having reviewed the information you supplied, we’ve come to the conclusion that this may be the result of an unreported gameplay bug. Regretfully, we don’t have a resolution for the issue at this time, however we’re always trying to improve the gameplay experience for all of our games and we appreciate the time you took to notify us of your concern. We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible; however some issues require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master.
Please submit a report to the Xbox bug report section of our Neverwinter forums, this will allow other players to discuss the issue, give feedback, and bring the issue to the developer's attention.

My Hunter is now level 54 and I've ran 5 dungeon's in a row now. What I noticed each time I got into a dungeon with random players is that it did not show me a list of who was in the dungeon with me. It looked like I was in the dungeon by myself but there were 3 players in the dungeon. This happened in the Grey Wolf Den and Temple of the Spider.
When this happened, I did NOT
1. Get Diamonds,
2. Get item drops from bosses just seals ONLY,
3. on 2 occasions I had a daily dungeon key but it would not let me open the chest,
4. When finishing the dungeon it would not let me leave the lobby. I would have to logged out completely otherwise it wanted me to return to the Instance I was already in.
Not sure what the issue is but it seems to be happening only with my Hunter. My other character classes are not having this issue. One of my friends says he's having the same thing happen to his hunter in PvP. I've deleted the game on my Xbox One and reinstalled but it did not solve the issue

If I am the one where the bug happens then all I see on the left is my character and my Companion, then the bug is the same as the original posters details. You are in the dungeon with 4 others but you cannot leave the group and sometimes you cannot be kicked, its pretty bad.
I am also a HR and never thought that it could be a class thing, also not reported it before now.
