No Free Blood Ruby in Zen Market

I don't see a free Blood Ruby. Anyone else?

    Nope, definitely missing. Today's freebies in the Zen Store are 5 x Scrolls of Life and 3 x Preservation Ward. I really hope the Blood Ruby appears at some point, though I appreciate any fix will not appear until next week after the Devs get back from the Christmas/New Year break.

    Tuesday, 12/29 Free Blood Ruby

    Wednesday, 12/30 3x Free Preservation Wards

    Thursday, 12/31 5x Free Scrolls of Life

    Friday, 1/1 Free Winter Wolf Mount

    The reset time for Free zen market items is 2AM PST. That was 7 hours ago from this post.

    Nevermind, I see it. Maybe they decided to do it at the same time as the 2XRP. *shrugs*

    That is for 2x XP, RP etc....Scroll Down to the part where it has each item listed per day free on the zen market.

    Someone on reddit claims that you will not get the ruby if you have claimed a free ruby in the past, but I have not even heard of new players getting rubies, so....
    Hoping for improvements...

    A friend of mine just started to play this game, so he never got a free Ruby and I don't see it in his account either. So it's not that.

    This is something they need to fix, and YESTERDAY. If not, they won't have upset customers on their hands... they will have FURIOUS ones.

    Instead of the 'free' tab in the zen market, I went to the 'refinement' tab and found the free blood ruby there.

    I just logged in to make a start on refining things and can confirm what quinsha said but it is in my Free area in the Zen Shop as well :)

    Please delete post...after reclogging I was able to get the ruby. I guess it was a timing issue

    The free items are only available for one day each. The blood ruby was available on the stated day.
