Try launching in safe mode, (under options in the launcher), and see if that works. If it does work, change the in-game settings to use DX9, set the resolution you want, restart the client, and see how that works for you.
Also, I've found WIN+D to be better for getting out of the client, without quitting/exiting it.

Well... I don't know if I understood correctly but if you are saying the game is crashing, I might have a solution. A couple of weeks back my game was crashing at the black 'Cryptic' loading screen at about halfway, safe boots, verifies, etc all didn't work. I had excessive freezes for some time before that. I ran a drive check using some WD tool (chkdsk didn't find any problems) and it stated that I had several bad sectors. So I tried to backup the Neverwinter data to an external HDD and it said some particular file couldn't be copied, so I figured that file (which happened to be nVidia cache) was in one of the bad sectors and deleted all the files (there were about 3-4 files in the cache folder, can't recall the exact path) in that folder. Then I started the game again and it worked ! Replaced my HDD and downloaded the game again now (since I haven't redownloaded the whole thing since beta). Hope it helps.
Sounds like your game's resolution is higher than your monitor can produce at that frame rate. Either lower your resolution or your refresh rate. Set your resolution at what you desire and start your refresh rate at a humane level: 60FPS. Work your way up until it crashes at your desired resolution. Then go back 1 step. That's your max.
I'm so full I need to set the number of screen frames per second. , and refresh rate?
I feel like google translate is doing a bad job for you. Forum rules is English only so use translator but also maybe post same in native language too? Hopefully you will get better help that way.
