lockboxes and where to find them

So i am still relatively new to nw i started playing around elemental evil module and came across certain mounts and artifacts i am yet to see, these being floating disc and kessels spheres both of which i want but they are gain through 2 different lockboxes Glorious Resurgence Epic Artifacts Pack and also the Lockbox of the Magnificent Emporium BUT i have not come across any of these where do i find them please someone help.
