My PVP Feedback

This feedback is from a fairly new player, I've only been playing for four months. This is based on matches with my lv. 60 paladin and lv. 65 cleric.

-----Team Balancing-----
There is none here. Sometimes it's a team full of tanks versus squishy players, or a bunch of hard hitters versus a bunch of hard hitters. Those games are just 1-shot kill fests. And then, the games with more than one paladin on one team are horrendous. They just sit on the nodes not being able to be killed. The teams need to have certain players per team, like at least one tank or one healer on both teams. This would increase wait times however, but if it is done right I believe that more over all players will do domination.

-----Class Balancing-----
Some classes are way more broken than others. This is very evident with these notable two: Hunter Rangers and Oathbound Paladins. At lv 60, I enter PVP with 124,000 HP. How is anybody expected to kill me? I know as your level gets higher, the PVP buffs lessen, but all paladins seem just immortal. Except if there are two control wizards OR, one hunter ranger. Specifically a trapper. They are the motherlode of unbalanced. How can ONE SINGULAR player kill me with a total of 160,000 HP in about five seconds? That is ridiculous. Ancient roots and thorned roots seem to be the host of this power. As of this point, hunter rangers remain OP. They have ruined domination so badly that I will just take the thirty minute probation instead of keep playing. These two classes need a serious nerf to hell.

-----Matches-----
This is how most matches go:
Scenario 1: Team A takes points 1 and 2 and just camps at the two points and victory is secured. Enemy team loses moral and stays in spawn forever. These matches are extremely boring for both sides.

Scenario 2: Team A takes point 1 with all five players. Team A moves to point 2 and massacres team B because of terrible team balancing. Team A takes points 2 and 3 and proceeds to spawn trap for the whole game. These games may be fun for Team A, but team B is left with a terrible impression on domination. That is probably their last game for awhile.

Scenario 3: Team A and B are equally balanced in power and cunning, [No hunter rangers using fox's cunning either] and the match is usually close. These matches are the most fun, but loss can cause extreme anger for the losers, as their effort was for nothing. Team B may not play again for awhile.

Scenario 1 and 2 are the most often occurring, and are mostly traces to bad balancing, which leaves a very bad impression on others. They may never do PVP again. If people are receiving bad views on PVP for low levels, then barely anyone will do PVP at lv 70.

-----Maps-----
So far there are only two maps. This is a very low amount for a game as large as neverwinter. One map is great for spawn trapping, while the other makes capping super annoying, as people hide and take so many alternate routes. That map also is good for holding three points, as teams become very disorganized when they scatter to take a different path.

-----Rewards-----
There are not many great rewards for PVP. The items usually are worthless or can't be used. The AD that is given is so small. Glory is given in low amounts as well. The campaign rewards aren't so great either. For all the effort, only the cloak and artifacts are worth it. The battle grounds are so desolate that I will never be able to get any boons for it anyways. Day of grinding are required to buy anything with Glory. In fact, this game is the most grindy game I've ever played. It takes weeks to get major things done. Zen is way over priced, but that's enough of going off topic.

-----Conclusion-----
My experience with PVP in this game negative, from unbalanced classes, teams, and matches, to little reward for this torturous effort.
I don't even know why I still play.

The only way to balance that out is to not allow people to queue up in parties together if they do they just get randomly split up and sorted into teams just like if you qued solo for a dungeon, the PVE queues usually tries to get 1 tank and 1 dc and the rest dps.

They could make PVP just like the entry to Tiamat, not per se time based but that u just go to a lobby that needs filling. 1 tank 1 dc and the rest dps's, all random players. If you queued at the same time with a buddy they may or may not be in your team, or maybe even in a different lobby.

Thatd split up pre mades n p!ss off the guilds and stuff, but then that would technically make it more balanced.

As a side note they should have different queue brackets for either low or high item level players or at least a ranked bracket that way you play in lobbies with people of your own skill level.
If you can't beat 'em, arrange to have them beaten.
