Gameclient.Exe is not Responding - When Will This Be Fixed?

Happens several times each play session while changing characters.
The game client stops responding while loading a new a character.
The orange line at bottom gets to 50% and hangs forcing me to alt-tab out of game
and close the application.

I know you know this is happening. It's so brutally frustrating.

Maybe so, but lets make sure we put every poker in the fire so Cryptic becomes totally aware of this pressing issue. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
