Starlight Bags from Gifts of Simril

Today I opened 90 gifts on my main, and my party received two! gifts each... I don't remember the drop rate being that stingy last year... anyone else experiencing this? Or was RNG smiting my group today?

    I think that's because lumens are in the loot table from the drops now as well. So some of the purple drops are the lumens instead of Starlight bags.
