Winter festival and background bug

First in the winter festival there is this noise that sounds when a great fighter uses his running ability, as the effect happens on scenes as if I was rushing, happens randomly. I am a guardian fighter. It only goes away if i turn the ambient volume off but then i cant hear the wind and such eich is very dissapointing. Second after I reached level 60 somewhere that week my background changed from luruar and world traveler to dalelands veteran, just want to know if there anything I can do to fix it in my part
