It won't be there if you've already claimed it as one of your characters. If you did, go to the mount tab.

Let's say someone will be away for a couple of days for the holidays. Will they be able to get the free gifts they couldn't pick up on the days they were away? Or is each gift only available on the day it is listed?

Each gift is available for free from 10 AM to 10 AM the next day.

Also once it become's available, NOT MENTIONED ONCE YET BY ANY MOD OR ANYONE.... You need to LOGOUT and back in.. #NEVERWORK'S I feel as if I'm lucky for having been told so..Serious to god tho some not so fortunate do to lack of communication from the initial GAME HEADS. It's one thing to wipe with us as your Benjamin's but a completely other thing to "leave out the details." Good / happy holiday's all and hope this helps someone or some all looking for this help. Also am going to guess that 10am thing is correct, or that i simply am also being takin for fool yet again by game maker's and even though game reset' ALREADY happened i have not been able to claim my free bag. Bought a runic one just cause lack of space, yet again.

Also pretty petty to shaft everyone who already got the winter wolf on summer festival and count it as a christmas present. At least make it a present that is for all not just the mighty few. Even if the not even "80%" mount is applicable it should still seriously just have been added to those who didn't get with a nice shiny gift all could actually use. #R#HOUSE #CONCEPT#FAIL

Once you buy a mount, free or otherwise, you can get it with any character that doesn't have it. I know this because I bought the Hell Hound with my main by accident but was able to give it to my alt. Also, I got the wolf (50%, not 80%) with my main the first time it was offered for free (I didn't have my alt back then) I was still able to give him the wolf.

The gifts and lights of Simril are still going to be good next year, right? Last day there were loads of gift groups I could see, nobody typing though. I kept advertising I had gifts to give, kept inviting people who turned down my invites. I tried so hard on two of my chars before I gave up. Nobody wanted gifts? Really? My husband logged in right after, people were chatting all over in trade, lfg, zone and he had no trouble getting gift groups. I logged back in, only to find myself being the only one typing in lfg and zone, not even spammers advertising... nobody wanted my gifts... Maybe it was because I started out on my little guy, Willow? Maybe I intimidated everyone by having 19 to give? I changed my statement to 10 to get people to bite. I was planning to let off all 19 anyway.... But the chats were so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. My hubby logs in on top of me, presses y to change user, brings in a character, voila... so many needing gift group...


Maybe next year? The Winter Festival will be the same next winter, right? I guess I can appreciate the fact that I will have a head start this coming winter festival...

Is there a possibility there are two distinct servers for Xbox One, and I kept logging into the one where people just don't use any of the chat systems and are unfriendly, whilst my hubby logged into the normal server? Paralel universe in NW?

Hi... the gifts you can use next year but the Light of Simril has a timer and will disappear in your inventory.

I think they should do 2x astral diamonds as a regular thing every weekend sat and sun. Cause I noticed when people and players had more diamonds the bad economy in the game would fix itself. If they don't start looking at the probs such as basic storage in the game. the useless caps on everything like 40 items only in the AH at one time, AD limits per day the stupid cost for your run of the mill MMO mounts in this game etc I believe more people will leave, The game is a bit too grindy. Just doesn't reward you with anything of value on your main quests until you get to like lvl 70 and the questing is very basic with laggy and generic gameplay. Unlike most MMOS you can only used a simplified spell list it's not wow where you have a full screen of abilities. I don't understand the lag myself even on a next gen console it's no excuse for such stiff lag in the first main town the Protector's Enclave. Fix the issues make the game more about the experience, gameplay and fun factor. Try to cut down on the greed and Pay to Win factor of this game. As these only seek to hurt the MMOs Economic Structure more deteriorating it to ruin. You offer more things like a Guild Hall you can access and gradually improve and go inside the little details, maybe instead of your mount just disappearing when attacked by enemies make it so that you mount stumbles and falls and you roll off making the game look more realistic that way. In a few seconds later it gets back up and you can whistle/call for it again on command. I'm a hunter right this whole game that got me playing some wolf slayer. Shouldn't I beable to call out to the wilds and wilderness creatures taming them and bringing them to my side...? What the hell good is my character then. A basic Sniper...a poor support character possibly the weakest buffer in the whole game. Here's the basic economy for basic equipment in the game by rarity. This is what the main problem with the game is...

I'd just change the rare loot making it twice or 3x as less common. There you go
