Deathknell and Last Moments

I was respecing my TR and going the Executioner path. I was wondering if anyone knew if Deathknell and Last Moments stack with each other. What i mean by this is if you get the target down to 30% heath do you get 50% bonus or does it switch from one to the other after it gets to 30%.

This is a good question! I have wondered the same thing. I'm not sure how you would test if both worked~

its easier to tag a dev, usually question about how feats work gets an answer
there is no practical way to test it otherwise i guess
