Game Crash Constantly

HUGE Bug. Anything to do with items in my inventory this game crashes. When I say crash, the game screen freezes then after a minute or so dashboards. I'll make the list.

Can't open inventory.
Can't trade. (window will open but as soon as you try adding an item, BAM! crash.)
Can't Auction. (same as above)
Can't sell to merchants.
No LB+Left D-pad to open.
Can't Access through Menu.
Can't Add items to send via mail.

Anything that is a means to looking at inventory crashes the game.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I've done multiple hard boots.
I've uninstalled other games.
I've logged on to a friends Xbox One.

However, I created a new character and I'm able to open inventory.
I also logged onto a different account to do the same and it worked.

So my guess is that there's an item causing this to happen in my inventory.
I don't believe it's any refinement items because I am able to refine from my character select screen.
All started April 19th and I there has been major patches released.

If you report your findings to Support they can empty your inventory for you to see if that works. Hopefully you don't have anything too valuable in there.

Are they able to do that on the Xbox one version?

I've spent no money. And with the new update the issue is still there.

WEll latest patch seems to have fixed whatever the issue was. Took long enough.
